I was looking for a decent electrolyte drink which I could tolerate on very long runs without causing nausea. I also preferred to have one with reasonable calorific content. I took the strawberry one and the mango one out on a long run, one in each bottle I carried. By the end I couldn't really tell which was which. They both had vague fruitie flavours but I didn't love either of them. The Apricot drink was actually pretty nice, although it was lacking calories. I tried that at the gym. I may still purchase the apricot drink and make the calories up from real food. The customer service, delivery and packaging were all good, I just wouldn't buy the strawberry or mango drinks!

Tried a couple of different flavours but have to say they’re a bit bland. I wasn’t sure if I have put too much water in but after double checking. I hadn’t so sorry these just not the flavour there!!
VVeloforte3 weeks agoHi Craig, the flavours are gentle on your tastebuds and gentle on your insides as we just use freeze-dried fruits and botanicals and avoid artificial flavours or flavour boosters. If you prefer a stronger flavour but still want the energy & electrolytes, why not try diluting our gels in your water bottle - maximum 3 gels per 500mls to deliver 66g carbs & 330mls sodium with a more intense flavour :)
